But first we'd like you to review your reasons for making the change, understanding your own motives is an important contributor to identifying the position which is going to be right for you. It's rarely as simple as seeking promotion. Your current environment may not be presenting you with the opportunities you need to expand your skills, or your knowledge of the industry by working with a wider range of clients. You may have personal reasons for leaving. Perhaps it is becoming obvious there is no prospect of creating a career path, you are stuck and must move out to move on. Maybe you're looking for a better salary, a more suitable location, a little more flexibility...............the list goes on.
Know your needs, what is essential to you, what you'd like but could live without -or work towards- what doesn't matter at all. Be sure you'll recognise what you want when you see it.
