Advice
We know looking for a new job isn't easy on your own. That's why we're here.
There are other services we have to offer besides gathering some of the best marketing vacancies in the area together in one place and making it easy for you to find them.
We can help with your cv, making sure it presents exactly the information a future employer will be looking for. We've included a few straight forward reminders about creating this important document on this page. Some of the points are obvious, but no detail is too small to ignore when this is the one tool you have to grab the client's interest.
We can work with you to ensure you are ready for interview once the cv has done its work. There are a few hints and tips about that here too.
But first we'd like you to review your reasons for making the change, understanding your own motives is an important contributor to identifying the position which is going to be right for you. It's rarely as simple as seeking promotion. Your current environment may not be presenting you with the opportunities you need to expand your skills, or your knowledge of the industry by working with a wider range of clients. You may have personal reasons for leaving. Perhaps it is becoming obvious there is no prospect of creating a career path, you are stuck and must move out to move on. Maybe you're looking for a better salary, a more suitable location, a little more flexibility...............the list goes on.
Know your needs, what is essential to you, what you'd like but could live without -or work towards- what doesn't matter at all. Be sure you'll recognise what you want when you see it.

Jules really understands and listens, she understood the type of role I was looking for, she even matched my personality with the agency culture. She only sent me job specs that matched my criteria, was on hand for advice and always gave thorough feedback. This is how all recruitment consultants should be!
